A Mythological Composition in Glass, Sand, and Brass

“JUNO” is a one-of-a-kind sculptural table designed and hand manufactured by KalaRara Roma in 2021. Conceived as both collectible artwork and functional design object, the piece draws upon classical mythology through contemporary material experimentation.

The tabletop is realised entirely by hand in proprietary MicroCristallo Fusione™, layered over a stucco base infused with golden sand sourced from the Sayhad Desert. At its center, the goddess Juno is depicted seated among clouds formed in crystalline MicroCristallo Fusione™, creating a luminous surface that shifts subtly with light and movement.

A protective panel of extra-clear tempered glass preserves the sculptural composition while maintaining visual depth. The tabletop rests within a minimalist brushed brass structure with a dark brown patina, inset with polished brass detailing and supported by a polished brass base.
