MicroCristallo Fusione, silver leaf, mirror on beechwood
100 × 80 cm × 3 cm
A luminous crystalline field surrounds a vertical reflective plane, creating a composition built from subtle shifts of light rather than contrast. Layers of white and clear glass scatter and refract illumination across the surface, producing moments of blue and pale amethyst that emerge gradually from within the field. Suspended circular forms introduce a quiet sense of movement and orientation. The mirror acts as both boundary and passage, reflecting the viewer while remaining integrated within the surrounding material. As conditions change throughout the day, the work moves between stillness and animation, revealing new relationships between light, surface, and depth.
