One-of-a-kind, Handmade Coffee Table in Murano Glass and Stainless Steel

This one-of-a-kind coffee table, that combines minimalist design and contrasting materials to make a functional piece of art. This unique piece was made by hand in our Roman atelier by KalaRara’s collective of artisans and craftsmen. The tabletop was created by artfully placed Murano glass crystals on a base of reclaimed wood. The crystals are fixed in place with clear finish acrylic resin. An inset panel of extra-clear tempered glass covers and protects the tabletop. The handmade table base, in itself a work of art. To offset and compliment the deep brown patina of the table’s side panels there is a narrow inset strip of golden, mirror polished brass. The entire piece rests on an inset base of acid washed brass, which protects against scuff marks and simultaneously gives the impression of the table hovering ever so slightly above the floor. Not simply a coffee table, “Juno” is a functional work of art.
